What we collect

When you subscribe to the AI Intelligence Brief, we store your email address with our newsletter provider (Beehiiv). When you submit a plan via the intake form, we store the information you provide in a private database hosted on Neon (Postgres).

How we use your data

  • Newsletter subscribers: Your email is used solely to send you the AI Intelligence Brief. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue.
  • Plan submissions: Submissions are read only by Andy Hosie. They are used to provide you with a written response and, with your explicit written sign-off, may inform anonymised composite case studies in the newsletter.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not use your submissions to train AI models.
  • We do not pass submission content to any third-party LLM or analytics service.
  • We do not log raw submission content to analytics tools.

Data storage and security

Submissions are stored in a Neon Postgres database with encryption at rest. The database is hosted in the EU (London region). Rate limiting uses a hashed version of your IP address — we do not store raw IP addresses.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Vercel Analytics for basic page-view metrics. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or retargeting tools.
